The Waiting Game
This is my third adoption in a little over five years and unfortunately, the waiting never gets easier! I have two lovely girls from Jiangxi, China - Madeline and Meigan, ages seven and four respectively. All three of us are now expecting a third sibling, Nan Min Hang, a.k.a. Jack Kennedy Min Karolak, age three (Hmmm, I do suppose it is a bit easy to guess my political affiliations, though I do admit his name was inspired by Jack Kerouac, author of On the Road, in addition to Jack Kennedy).
In any case, my paperwork has all been shipped to China and so begins the three to five month long, hot summer of waiting to call this little boy our son and brother.
